Made from pasteurized goat milk,  the texture ranges from firm to runny as it ages.  It has a goat, lactic flavour that becomes tangier over time. The straws are used to hold the shape of the log.

 

Pair with Sauvignon Blanc, Reisling, or a light fruity red or rosé.
