The "Holy Grail" of cheese, Mont' d'Or is a short season cheese only available in the winter months. It is a smooth, soft, fragrant cheese, wrapped in a spruce band that protects the cheese. At its perfect ripeness you can eat it at room temperature, or pp it in the oven with a splash of wine and a bit of garlic.


** It can be reheated, so don't worry if you don't finish it all in one sitting! That's if you can stop yourself from eating it all in one sitting.
