Bois de Grandmont  is a traditional farmhouse, soft-paste, washed-rind cheese from the Fromagerie Médard, made using pasteurized cow's milk and aged for 21 days. This small wheel is characteristically encircled with a spruce band, which helps develop its signature buttery texture and flavor, complemented by subtle woody notes.
