A classic and popular French Brie with a history dating back to 774. Brie de Meaux has been declared the "King of Cheeses". Made with unpasteurized milk, it has aromas of mold, damp leaves and mushrooms, that become more intense with age. A soft, glossy interior with a rich flavour.
