Crafted from chardonnay vinegar aged for six months in oak casks and blended with vinegar from the Champagne-Ardenne region, this delicate vinegar offers a fresh, fruity character. The Champagne name is protected by a designation of origin (PDO) and may be used only when products meet strict regional requirements. Produced using a traditional method developed in 1823 by German chemist Schützenbach.
