The youngest of the Il Borgo aged condiments. The grape must, sourced from red and white grapes from Emilia Romagna and carefully aged in oak barrels, results in a soft and fragrant condiment. Sweet and sour flavours with scents of oak barrels. 
Includes a small percentage of aged wine vinegar. Acidity <6%.
Suitable for salads, fruit, fish and roasted meats. The acidity evaporates resulting in a sweet and sour taste.
Available in 250ml and 100ml.
