The oldest of the Il Borgo aged condiments. The grape must, sourced from red and white grapes from Emilia Romagna and carefully aged in oak barrels, results in a soft an dense flavours.

Acidity <6%.

Add to sweet and savoury dishes, use as a finish on risotto, meat or fish tartars, foie gras and soft and mature cheeses.  Indulge with ice cream

Available in 250ml and 100ml.
