The Louis D'or Grand Réserve (36 months) is a pressed, cooked, washed-rind cheese from the Fromagerie du Presbytère, made using raw cow's milk and aged for 36 months in the church of Sainte-Élizabeth-de-Warwick. Its Origin is Quebec, Canada (specifically Centre-du-Québec). Inspired by Jura traditions, this maturation process allows it to develop intense and complex aromas, characterized by notes of fruit and hazelnut.
Per 100 g, it contains 38% fat content (Matières grasses) and 35% moisture (Humidité). It pairs well with fruity and generous beverages.
