In 2016 ROKA developed a new variety of Cheese Crispies with a well-known cheese that originated from the Alps, Emmental cheese. A special characteristic of Emmental cheeses are the eyes and holes that you find in this cheese. The taste of Emmental is a mixture of sweet and salt, which you will also recognise in these Cheese Crispies with Emmental, which also consiste of 90 layers of the finest puff pastry.
Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), vegetable fats (palm, coconut) and vegetable oil (rapeseed), emmental cheese (18%) (melk), cheese (milk), salt.
