The Yogourt de Brebis (Plain) is a traditional, un-stirred yogurt from the Fromagerie Nouvelle France, made using only pasteurized sheep's milk and two specific ferments. Its Origin is Quebec, Canada (specifically Estrie). Manufactured by curdling directly in a glass jar, this yogurt has a firm, silky texture and a mildly acidic  flavor.
