Made with whole, pasteurized milk, this is a medium soft paste with woody flavours punctuated by fragrant, slightly bitter and garlicky flavours of truffle.  Mild truffle flavours throughout, cut with small flecks of summer truffle. The crust is fragrant and tasty with powerful notes.  Serve it with a baguette and nuts accompanied by a white Bordeaux such as Sauvignon Blanc.
