Raclette Rental from Laliberte Cheese & Gourmet Pantry Bring the joy of raclette to your next gathering with our easy and affordable equipment rentals! How It Works: Reserve Your Raclette Burner: Reserve online or call the shop to check availability. Pricing: The rental fee is $25.00/1 day rental (1:00 PM - 12:00 PM next day) and is only available to customers who buy raclette cheese from us. Pickup & Deposit: Pick up the equipment at our shop. A $75 refundable security deposit will be paid at the time of pick up. Additionally a $175 hold will be placed on your credit card for damage and equipment loss. Enjoy! Take the equipment home and enjoy your raclette feast. Return & Refund: Return the clean, working equipment by the agreed-upon deadline to have the hold released and the damage deposit returned. Important Rental Details: Cleaning: Rentals must be returned in clean and working condition. Any rentals returned uncleaned will be charged a $25 cleaning fee, which will be deducted from your deposit. Late Returns: Rentals not returned by the 12:00 PM deadline will be subject to the $25/day late fee. If the equipment is not returned within 48 hours of your rental deadline, the entire $75 deposit and $175 hold will be forfeited to cover the cost of a replacement unit. Cancellation: We know things happen and plans change. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are cancelling your rental reservation. Full Refund: Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup. 50% Refund: Cancel within 24–48 hours of pickup. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup. A full rental agreement will be signed at the time of pickup. A valid credit card must be left on file to cover all fees and damages.
